- I / we are under no obligation to use the search4apropertyinvestment website.
- I / we give my / our authorisation to Chameleon Property Investments Ltd Group to contact me / us when suitable opportunities arise.
- I / we understand that all information sent to me / us by Chameleon Property Investments Ltd Group is private and confidential and should not be discussed with any third party unrelated to the agreement between myself / ourselves and Chameleon Property Investments Ltd Group.
- I / we understand that any deposit and any stage payments received are non refundable.
- I understand that stage payments may be required and I am Liable to pay all outstanding fees on completion of services provided by Chameleon Property Investments Ltd Group.
- If an investment has not been carried out the fees can be transferred towards another property or investment and Chameleon Property Investments Ltd has the right to make further charges at their discretion.
- Any discounts or fees can not be used towards the actual property purchase transaction.
- In certain circumstances incentives should be declared to the mortgage lender.
Please note: the lender might reduce the amount you can borrow based on the incentives received.
- Chameleon Property Investments Ltd Group accepts no responsibility if any deadlines are not met from the purchaser or purchasers agent, seller or sellers agent or developer or developers agent or any third parties.
- Chameleon Property Investments Ltd Group accepts no responsibility for any costs in connection with the purchase of any property or investment unless otherwise stated.
- While Chameleon Property Investments Ltd Group uses all reasonable efforts to ensure that the Property information requested is accurate, current and complete at the date of publication, no warranty or guarantee or representation can be made, implied or inferred as to the accuracy of such information and should be checked out independently by the Client or Clients advisers.

- Chameleon Property Investments Ltd Group is not authorised to give financial or legal advice and the Client should rely on their own due diligence or their own Financial or Legal Advisers.
- I / We agree that any details of my / our personal and financial circumstances, property, property valuation, property condition and any other information you care to share with us will all be retained solely for the purpose of any of our services you have undertaken and will only be passed to the relevant professionals advising or acting on our behalf.
- Due to certain personal circumstances and property valuations Chameleon Property Investments Ltd Group reserves the right not to purchase or sell your property or offer any of our services.
- Chameleon Property Investments Ltd Group reserves the right to terminate the relationship between the Client and Chameleon Property Investments Ltd Group at any time.
- Chameleon Property Investments Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion.
- I / we agree to indemnify Chameleon Property Investments Ltd Group, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, co-branders and other partners and hold them each harmless from any and all claims or demands, including legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising from your use of the Chameleon Property Investments Ltd Group services or in connection with the search4apropertyinvestment website or your violation of these terms and conditions, or arising from your violation of any rights of a third party.
- This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.
